weird noise came on while traveling; stopped at autonation toyota in austin and Tony Sabatoni was the best toyota service rep ever! even though i had no appt, he was able to get my auto on the computer which exposed the problem, and he got it repaired in record time! so thankful! and if ever traveling near austin again and need auto help, i will certainly go to Tony!

Scheduling an appointment online was easy. I showed up to my appointment and was quickly greeted by a representative who checked me in. The wait was a little long, even for having an appointment (~2 hours) but I had my work computer and was able to work while my vehicle was serviced.

They seem to have done a very good repair job as always. Art did well to get after-market part since Toyota did not have parts for a week. I don't know why it took 2 days for Toyota parts not to let him know they had no parts. I do appreciate the car wash job but wish they could get the courtesy van re-instituted.
