I shop the entire Motor Mile for a car and AutoNation was

I shop the entire Motor Mile for a car and AutoNation was the only place that had more than one car to choose from. I felt like a kid at a candy store they had cars under $20,000. that had GPS, lane protection, 360 camera, seat and stirring wheels heat warmers. Sales rep was extremely nice and gave me his direct phone if I need help navigation w/ all the car features. I definitely will back to shop there again!!

Shady practices

I was not given an estimate for most of the services provided and was under the impression the oil change and 25k mile care was free. There were services provided that we were never told about and again did not receive an estimate for anything aside from our rim replacement & alignment. We didn?t even know our tire needed to be replaced along with the rim. Extremely unprofessional & severe lack of communication. We had to call several times for updates and had a hard time reaching our service advisor alex. We were not expecting to pay several hundred dollars for these services and will likely not be bringing our vehicle back or purchasing from this dealership again. Our whole family has always been loyal to Toyota vehicles but this experience was so awful that next time we?re looking for a new vehicle we?ll likely be looking for a different company to support. Extremely shady.
