Expensive but done well.

Expensive but done well. Not sure all the maintenance actions were really needed. Every time I go in for an oil change I am told that the RAV4 needs an alignment.

Don?t go here for service- untrustworthy

Brought new truck in for 5k service requested tire rotation they never rotated them. (I marked them)just said they did. 1 tire had a nail in it and 2 had extremely low psi - but that passed multipoint inspection. I wonder if my oil was changed? Service manager won?t return calls

Oil change

The completion time for basic services is improving. When we first started going to this facility, it took 4+ hours for an oil change and tire rotation. If we had not pre-purchased the oil changes when we bought the car, we definitely would have started taking it somewhere else. However, over the last 2 years, the wait time has been steadily improving and now takes about an hour.

Associate met me at scheduled time, and my car was returned after oil change and rotation and balancing of tires in one hour and 15 minutes.

Unneeded high cost repairs verified by a different toyota

Unneeded high cost repairs verified by a different toyota dealership. Enen thou the car still under extended warrenty autonation clamed that was not the case. Second toyota dealership stated the car still is uinder warrentey and is looking into the orginal issue. In my optiion advoide this service department for any repairs.
