Courtney(service advisor) was professional, courteous, and friendly in my dealings with her getting service performed on our Hyundai Sonata. The work was done in a timely manner and Courtney kept me informed as to what was being done. The mechanic((Yahir) was also professional and courteous in that he took a few minutes to answer some questions I had.

I had a very good experience at this dealership. My sales person was Barry Isbell and finance person was Torri. Both were very personable and knowledgeable. No high pressure and very efficient. Barry did the best possible to find the vehicle that I desired. And Torri definitely knows all about the finance. We were there pretty late in the day and they even fed us a pizza! Other employees were super nice too. I absolutely love my new car!!

The phone girl was extremely rude, hanging up on me
The phone girl was extremely rude, hanging up on me several times. My low tire light was on when I got there & on when I left. I take my car to this dealership for a reason. I was disappointed.

The only issue I have with servicing is the timeframes.
The only issue I have with servicing is the timeframes. Every single time I make an appointment and it takes minimum of 2 hours to get complete no matter what it is. Why make an appointment if I am going to be there for 2-4 hours for an oil change no matter what? Besides that, very pleased with this facility
