We have always been pleased with the work done here, but

We have always been pleased with the work done here, but the communication was poor this time. I arrived at 10:45 for an 11:00 appointment and discussed with Alex what we wanted to have done. I settled in to a chair in the waiting area. It was not until 2:20 that Alex called to tell me what they needed to do to the car. It was never clear to me why it took three and a half hours for the mechanics to determine what needed to be done or for Alex to get back in touch with me. Alex said all parts were available and said he would call me right back to tell me how long the work would take. When he didn't call back, I went to his office at 3:30 to see what was going on. He apologized for not calling back; said he had been busy because he was dealing with four cars. He said one part was not there but might be in from the warehouse within an hour. I said I did not want to wait another hour, because I would be in rush hour traffic on the way home. I finally got the car at 4:30, and all the work had been done. We were pleased with the work but still not sure why I had not been told what was going on and why the work took close to six hours. I would certainly have appreciated frequent updates, but I think Alex forgot about me.

It's been six months and still waiting for my car to get

It's been six months and still waiting for my car to get fixed, poor communication, no return calls on vehicle status, no emails. Horrible service!

Great Service Experience

We recently purchased a RAV 4 Hybrid that needed its 10,000 mi service while we were on a long trip. The dealership scheduled our service and completed it while we waited. The whole process was very efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

I did my research on the vehicle that was my top choice

I did my research on the vehicle that was my top choice and AutoNatipn Toyota made it happen. I did have to wait several months for the vehicle to arrive due to the chop shortage but once the vehicle was on it's way to Austin, I was notified and the process for the purchase started. Debbie took over the sale of the vehicle and I was happy with her customer service. So far so good and I love my new RAV4 SXE.

I can’t say enough about my experience with my sales rep

I can’t say enough about my experience with my sales rep Melissa Davis at Toyota Auto Nation in South Austin. Buying a car has always been a stressful event for me. I didn’t feel stressed at all with Melissa. She is calm, cool and collected and answered all my questions and helped me find my perfect car.
