In the 6 years since I bought my Camry at AutoNation Toyota, this dealership has come a long way in customer service. When I call the phone is answered and the operators are friendly and efficient in getting me to the correct department. Jared is the service rep that I am most familiar with and he is outstanding.

I AM NOT happy with the service I received.
I AM NOT happy with the service I received. I was told the service would take no longer than 2-3 hours, but after appx 4.5 hours, I was told that they didn't have the parts needed to repair my truck! This has happened several times to me and my wife in the last couple of years. I will not use their service again, even if it's free of charge.
