I received an offer fro Toyota for a minor maintenance

I received an offer fro Toyota for a minor maintenance package for $49.95. The email clearly stated it included oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor tried to charge me an extra $35 for the tire rotation. I showed him the email from Autonation South Austin and he said that was a mistake and still wanted to charge me the extra money. He had an attitude about it. I felt like they were trying to cheat me.

Having owned - and needed service - on a series of

Having owned - and needed service - on a series of Prius's in our family, and having used several dealerships, I give AutoNation South the highest marks. Service overall is great: fast and accurate assessment and execution of the work, with a balanced approach to identify everything that could be down, what really needs to be done NOW, and what our budget can afford that month. Jared Jones has been our "go-to" advisor and does a fabulous job!

Jared at the service center was incredibly informative, communicative, and proactive - three adjectives I've never used for a service center rep in 30 years of car ownership. While I didn't meet the team working on my 4Runner, the job was done quickly, and when they discovered another part was needed, they hustled to get the part sent from their warehouse to the service center to still get my job done on time.
