I can't recommend this dealership enough. The word done to our vehicle was held in the highest regard and Charles Reed was an absolute honest and straight forward gentlemen when it came to the service/repair. It was done extremely fast and up to my picky standards. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to bring it back to him in the event I needed to. Great work!

It took 2+ hours to rotate tires.
It took 2+ hours to rotate tires. Yes I had an appointment. They did not find me when it was done. I had to go ask them. It was in a stack with three on top of it. How much longer would I have waited, if I would not have asked? That is so unacceptable. When I asked. He dug through the pile. Found mine on the bottom. Then all he said to me was, here’s your keys, your cars over there. No thank you, no nice doing business with you, no sorry for your wait, no nothing.

In a time when inventory is low, Autonation Toyota had the exact Tundra I was looking for. My wait was only about a week, and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Even with interest rates going up, they somehow got me the truck I wanted for the payments I needed.
