Service only took 2 hours, which is pretty good for a
Service only took 2 hours, which is pretty good for a dealership on a 10,000 mile service. Advisor was polite and helpful. My Sequoia was returned dirtier than I gave it to them-with no paper on the floorboard, and greasy smudges on both the hood and driver side door….I washed and vacuumed the day prior to appointment, so it was immediately noticeable. Afterward, I received texts and emails for the next two days reminding me to get my Sequoia serviced, which is kind of annoying.
