This is the best place to buy any vehicle. Service is amazing. Abbigail Gass is extremely knowledgeable and no pressure at all. She just explains the facts and let’s you take it from there.

Chris (salesman) was awesome but when provided a vehicle

Chris (salesman) was awesome but when provided a vehicle that they have inspected twice say all is good but then you find out that the strut assembly has to be replace in the 7 day grace, a tire is missing a lug nut, visor missing cap/screw to prevent from smacking me every time I drive and not providing the warranty copy that’s a problem. I’m torn about this but yeah..

Scheduled an oil change but realized after the fact they

Scheduled an oil change but realized after the fact they didn't update mileage sticker for next oil change. 2 days after oil change, my "required maintenance " light came on indicating oil hadn't been changed? Really? So now I have to make another trip to dealer.....what a waste of time!

I hope the manager of Autonation Toyota South Austin reads this. I purchased a new Toyota from your dealership about 7 months ago. Engine light and hybrid light on, battery not charging. My wife took the truck to dealer and told don’t worry about it, that’s normal. This is ridiculous and poor customer Service. I work out of town and come back only certain weekends. I plan to take it back to our dealer and hopefully getting my truck repaired.

Amazing experience, everything went fast and smoothly, all questions answered and felt comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend Jim Lee as he was easy to talk with and very informative
