We’re sitting in the lounge to see if we can get

We walked in and waited at the information desk and Abbigail Gass ask if we needed help and we said we want to buy a new car and she took us to her desk and showed us some cars and said how long it would take to get our car

My sales representative was Ruben & he did amazing with finding the right truck for me. He answered all of my questions without hesitation & was effective with showing me all of my options. I will definitely be referring him to anyone who needs a car in the future! I’ve tried alot of dealerships in the past & this dealership not only made me feel welcome but assured that I would be taken care of.

At least my 4th visit to the dealership trying to order

At least my 4th visit to the dealership trying to order and purchase a Toyota Hybrid Highlander, I began the process in about March. Soon afterwards they couldn’t order the specifics I wanted and would call to tell me what had come in, nothing came close to what I wanted. Last Thursday I decided I really wanted to go ahead and look at anything. Grandpa did a great job coaching Kouny to put on his thinking cap. We drove several used cars and then we spotted the 21 Acura RDX with low mileage. I had initially wanted to order a red car. Loved it and maybe my next car will be a Toyota. Kuony. Is young but super friendly and helpful. Brad was very informative and easy to work with. My only disappointment was the car only had one of the remotes. I did ask about it and they did not offer to replace the missing one. I’ve been to Acura and ordered the no. Remote and they will program it to my car, it will b $340. So not that happy about that! So far love the car. Note: I realized it’s the most difficult time in history to buy and sell cars. If I had not promised my current 2017 red car to a granddaughter I would wait to next year, have to keep those promises!

I had an excellent experience selling my car to this company. AutoNation Toyota was pleasant and so helpful and explained everything about my car and what was the selling price. They did honor the appraisal offer I got online for selling my car. I was so satisfied. I highly recommend.
