Their Customer service could use a lot of improvements : -lack of attention/greeters when arriving for service -lack of care from service people, found several grease spots outside and inside my vehicle when going in for an oil change

Based on my last experience I thought this was going to
Based on my last experience I thought this was going to suck. This is my first non premium vehicle in 10 years. So I’m used to Mercedes level of service. My first here it was a terrible experience. I have to say my service advisor was great and friendly this time. Car was in and out for oil change and first service under 45 mins. Good work!

Hassle-free experience
Looking for a car during this time of pandemic is not easy. Inflation rate adds to the agony of buying a decent and reliable car. Here’s come to my experience with the Autonation Toyota South Austin. Their service exceeded my expectations. Stephan Vaughn was very accommodating during my visit to the dealership. I can say that he has a special talent of identifying the best car for customer like me. I was amazed by the fact that I could say yes immediately to the first car he presented to me. All the things what I am looking for a car pinpoint to the car he showed to me. That made my transaction became faster. Unlike to other dealership wherein I need to seat down for a longer time and got almost eye-strain looking for the car on their desktop computer or tablet, and yet end up with nothing. I got also a prompt reply from him everytime I ask questions and answers my inquiries with satisfying information.

Great Toyota experience
Stephan Vaughn is very helpful and knowledgeable of your products. He helped me picked up my wife's vehicle that we have been looking for quite a while now. I've been to this location several times and Stephan is always there to answer my questions. Your staff, from the receptionist, sales personnel, finance, service department and parts are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of all your vehicles. These people are a great asset to this establishment and would like to rate them 10. They're customers oriented and that is one of the reasons why I keep coming back to this dealer.
