Juan was very courteous and helpful. Since I was on a walker, he took me out to where my car was parked after the service. Since I had an appointment, it seemed like it took a long wait for the service to be performed.

The sale experience was good the sales rep took the time
The sale experience was good the sales rep took the time to show my the options I was interested in and test drive. She also walked me through the process to ensure I was able to secure my car when there was limited inventory. The after sales service has very long wait times and the technician had neglected to reconnect a pile for the A/C when they were fixing a recall item, which led to the A/C not working! Luckily this was resolved. I would recommend this dealer explore proving g a shuttle service.

I usually use another dealer, but this one is much closer
I usually use another dealer, but this one is much closer to my house. Everyone was really nice and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable. It took 2 hours for the 10k maintenance on my new car.

Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service. I took my car in at 8:30 for an appoint to repair my car radio. I heard nothing from the person handling my repair. I called repeatedly with no response. I left a message with a manager twice. No response either. I finally went in at 4pm to pick up the unrepaired car.
