Mike Mizikar was easy to work with and prepared I call ed in advance and let him know the bad situation we were in with our car and what we wanted. He had the cars already pulled out and ready when I got there. I am a very visual person in budgeting and numbers and he had a great graph and spreadsheet that help me visualize the possibilities definitely worth you time to stop in and talk to him

I am very happy with my new truck and thankful to the sale person, Ken Geeslin, who was helping with a purchase transaction. I would prefer Ken to my friends and family for theirs next vehicle purchases for Ken's great customer service and care.

We recently purchased a 2013 Highlander from Lithia in Abilene. Our sales person, Brian Smith, was awesome (not at all pushy! - really liked that about him!) He showed us exactly what we wanted and worked with us to get the financing to fit our budget. He was so patient and we never felt rushed. We love our new Highlander! I did not rate the quality of repairs, because our previous Highlander never required any repairs. The service department is great. We were always waited on promptly and never had to wait long when we came in to have our Highlander serviced - also really appreciate the reminders when service is due.

Brian Smith was awesome. He answered all our questions and really worked hard to get us a good deal.

Straight forward, to the point. Not a bunch of sales pitches. Made a great deal, took our trade in and made it work in one day. Been looking for some time, best deal found anywhere

Chris Herrington was very pleasant, cordial and listened to our needs carefully. He was not pushy and provided the information we needed to the best of his knowledge. When he wasn't certain about certain feature of the car, he researched it and got back with us with the information. We bought a 4 Runner and our experience was very pleasant. My husband and I would recommend Chris to our friends and family.
