The best place to buy a car with John Brooks

2006 DTS

Juan Macias and Mike were very attentive to addressing the mechanical work our car needed. They took extra time to diagnose and repair ALL other rattles we were hearing. Thank you very much for the excellent service you provided.

Second time buyer

Alan and John gave great service. Even with the negotiation of my trade in , Alan fought for us. Unfortunately, the trade in pruce was to low, but we did save thousands on the new car.

Roadside Assistance

During my wifes tire failure on July 28, 2018. EErick played a key role in assisting my wife in providing roadside assistance. His attention to detail on his instructions on providing contacts for the proper lines of communication managed Bravo Cadillac maintenance associate to provide the necessary tools and quick response to put my wife back on the road. We are very greatful that there are still good people in your establishment to provide the quality customer care service to their customers. Very customer friendly and non-pushy salesmen.
