Staff is friendly, helpful.

Staff is friendly, helpful. My appt was at 2:00. My vehicle was not began to be worked on until 3:30. I drive to Shamaley from 65 miles away. Not all the planned work on my vehicle was done; I was told that I could return tomorrow to have the work completed. This is unreasonable.

I really like the way I was treated, I wasn't pressured into buying what I didn't want. I got just the car I've always wanted. I love my jeep wrangler.

Alexis assisted with servicing my vehicle. Although it took a bit longer than expected, Alexis kept me informed during the entire process. As part of the great customer service, courtesy transportation was provided since I dropped off the vehicle overnight. The pricing was fair and it’s peace of mind knowing the work was conducted by certified mechanics. Overall great experience. 👍

Used to love coming here for everything but the past

Used to love coming here for everything but the past couple of times something bad happens. This time I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Everything seemed fine when I inspected the vehicle when they turned it in to me. It wasn’t until I was on the freeway going home when I started to notice a little wobble. Nothing sever thought it was just the road. Coming off on Zaragoza and Joe battle the wobble got more intense. Turns out the rear driver side tire had all 5 lug nuts loose. After calling and calling the dealership I was finally able to get a hold of someone. They sent someone out who completely was just not having it. He came added some torque and said everything was fine. Yet I still have my lug nuts sticking out.
