I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and a

I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and a recall on my 23 Bronco Sport and was promptly greeted by my advisor, Alexis. My wife picked me up so I didn't need a shuttle service. I received a text a couple of hours later indication my vehicle was ready and also that my windshield needed replacing as that's a common issue with these vehicles. Oil change and multi-point inspection completed as was the recall notice. Then I receive an unexpected text that they'll drop off my vehicle at home so of course I took advantage of this free great service. Almost a 5 star experience but if they had done a complimentary car wash and put it on notes that the tires were balanced and rotated then it would have been a great experience.
