Best place to go to have the best overall customer experience. This is my go to dealership when servicing my vehicle. Excellent customer service and always kept informed of that status of my.vehicle. The service representative that takes my car send me a message where I can contact them ifninhave further questions or concerns about my car and also let's me know when it is ready for pick up.

I live 215 miles from El Paso and try to do medical
I live 215 miles from El Paso and try to do medical appointments and shopping while I am there. I was very grateful that Shamaley Ford was able to get me in and out in tome to make my appointments. The whole team was super and even figured out how to fix a tricky battery alarm problem.
