Had a sensor replaced, a 3 hour job took them 8 days ,
Had a sensor replaced, a 3 hour job took them 8 days , left me without transportation and no loaner to boot. Had medical appt that couldn’t be changed. But dealership did not care, I had this V part replaced once when it was recalled, I took it to a dealership in KY an was in an out in 2 1/2 hours, did not have to leave my car there for days. Definitely won’t be going here again.

Escape Health Check
Brought my car in for an oil change and it also had a recall that needed to be done. They picked me up from work and took me to shop for get my car when work completed. Truly appreciated the service. Main reason I brought it into the shop is the Check engine light came on. For the type of work detail it will need to stay at the shop for a few days to do a full diagnostics check. I love my vehicle so I want to take care of it and maintain to be the best level as possible.

Great experience
Jerry E. assisted me and he was very friendly and helpful as soon as I drove in. He definitely gets five stars! He was transparent and explained everything that was done to my vehicle in detail, and explained the charges as well. He is an excellent service advisor, and he is definitely an asset to the company.
