A fantastic experience at Shamale Ford
I have had a fantastic experience when I was buying my Ford Eco sport and now when I go get my oil change, I have also had a fantastic experience with Shamale Ford not only with them given Me an interest rate less than 1% for four years now that I have gone to change my oil people there give me a fantastic deal I recommend anybody trying to buy a car or Service should go to Shamale Ford thank you

Alexis Holguin was great!
Alexis Holguin was great! He came to greet me and check me in within minutes of my arrival. He answered all my questions without me feeling rushed. He made sure that he and I were both on the same page as to the service I was looking to get for my vehicle. He even had it washed before returning it to me. All the work was done in about two hours. My son and I waited comfortably in the lobby. They have free bottles of water to enjoy while you wait! I purchased my vehicle at Shamaley Ford in 2019. This dealership truly cares about it's customers throughout the buying process and beyond. I have all my car care done here, right where I purchased my car in 2019. I have never had a bad experience with Shamaley Ford or its people. Thank you so much for being the best in auto care and customer service. Please keep doing what you do. It's terrific and it works.
