An excellent buying experience.

Luis Alatorre was the salesperson working with me. He was very knowledgeable about my concerns and was able to answer all my questions. He was also very diligent about keeping me informed of the modifications being made to my 2021 XLT. Thanks Luis.

The salesman Steve was awesome, very friendly.

Coolant leak

I wasn’t greeted promptly. Perhaps since it was a very chilly morning with everything covered in ice, it seemed longer than it actually was. I met my service rep, Jesus (Chuy) Rosales, who turned out to be a very pleasant fellow. He welcomed me warmly and professionally. I chose to wait in the customer lobby. I was kept informed as to the problem, he necessary repairs required, and the cost. I am completely satisfied for the service I received. I am confident my issue was repaired satisfactorily. I love my F-150 Lariat and I trust that Chuy will see to it that any future issues will be resolved quickly and professionally.

Service

Adviser was very courteous and professional. Pauline kept me informed on progress of vehicle. Vehicle was ready earlier than I had expected. Shuttle driver was also courteous, professional friendly.

Worst people to work with

Stay away from them. They will try to rip you off and go around your extended warranty saying many things that get cover with it won’t get covered just so you can pay them more out of pocket. I feel like they intentionally mess up your vehicle so you go back to the shop. I went last month and they changed the AC compresor and did a full diagnostic and nothing else appeared, 130 miles from that repair check engine light came up and took it to see what was the problem and supposably my pistons were miss firing, and also recommended me new brakes and I told them I had changed them 5 months ago with them and where surprised to see that in my account history. I’m guessing they didn’t install them when I took it back in July. Well honestly I don’t recommend this place and also avoid a young small size lady named Samantha. She’s very greedy and is hard to work with.

My service agent was great. She followed all my request and kept me informed about my vehicle status. Also thoroughly reviewed my vehicle history and took care of important preventive maintenance issues. Good work.
