During the entire buying process Mathew, the sales person, was super helpful. He guided me through everything, not just the sale. I see him a week later and he still wants to help. Charlie, the used car manager, was equally helpful and service oriented. I would certainly recommend any family member or friend to go to Shamaley. Very happy with their knowledge and great customer service.

Rude service advisors that are not knowledgeable enough...

Rude service advisors that are not knowledgeable enough to quote correct pricing or detailed enough to do what you request. When confronting these "advisors" expect sharp and snarky replies with added pet names like "boss" to add finishing touches on their masterpiece of poor customer service.

Disappointment with Sales Rep.

Sale Rep Hugo is a Liar, very courteous and committed when your in the process of buying a vehicle, but once you sign and leave the dealership, they forget about you rep committed in obtaining an extra key, they just gave me one, and never came through, called him and just gave me the round around, its not about the key, its the B/S excuse he gave. Its all about business to them and not customer service Never buying Shamley Ford again.
