Almost a great experience
I bought a used vehicle and it wasn’t until after I had bought it and was driving it home that I noticed there wasn’t any windshield fluid. I went to the store, bought some and filled the reservoir. I then noticed all of the fluid draining out onto the pavement because the reservoir is cracked. I should have checked this before buying, but I feel Shamaley is equally responsible for disclosing this as well. My experience was great aside from that.

Right on the corner right on giving up
Had a bad experience.nothing new. Bottom line you got money and dont give them hard time they will be nice. But you try to deal a dollar they give up and make you feel like crap. Wish i could upload the screenshots of conversation. Good luck going to shamaley on the east side.

Worst ever
Bought my son a car at this place. It lasted 2 years and 32000 miles. Now the transmission is out and nobody seemed really interested. One salesman didn't know about dealership financing car repairs. Their only interest was to try and sell me a new car and when I told them that I didn't hear from anyone again. We will never return.
