Servicing my Ford Explorer

I always take my Ford to Shamely Ford for my service. Customers is great. They always send me coupons to use and they offer a military discount. I will continue going

Best Ford Service In El Paso Texas

I live a couple of miles away from a Ford dealership but I’ll rather drive 20 miles to Shamaley Ford because of their service department attention.Pauline Gonzales is the best.She provides great customer service and is very helpful every time I take my vehicle for any service issue.

Great service

The oil change was done. Report was texted and other service was requested before in car was released and the repair price was quoted. Fast and easy to use.

Awesome service team

Outstanding quick And polite team in service great customer amenities Too Watched. Star Wars, Facility was clean, IPA sodas, free shoe shine, classy touch from my Ford dealer These guys are the real deal now A lot of chatter out there but I had to wait in line at McDonald’s the other day too Rather fix it right and drive off smiling

Bad auto service

Worst customer service I took my vehicle and they didn’t do anything to it .had to go pick it up took it somewhere else , they had it for three days nothing was done it.🤬🤬🤬

Super Diesel Mechanical Service!

Took my F250 4x4 Crew cab for repairs (HP Oil Pump etc.). They did a wonderful job, truck drives, feels and maneuvers very well on the road. If it's a Diesel, talk to Jesse Baird. Experienced Diesel Techs are the difference in 5 🌟 service performance.

Need more training on people skills and customer s

The service technicians lack people skills and customer service skills. When I walked in to get my car after it was repaired, some of the technicians didn’t even bother to ask what I needed. I had to figure out where to go. However, our service technician, Ralph, was polite and courteous. Ralph does need to relax a little. When we told him we would wait for our car to get fixed, he became upset and said they had a lot of work and the car would not be ready till the next day. They had it ready that same day.

oil change

Quick and great customer service. Less than 30 minutes, they check everything to make sure all levels of fluids were where they supposed to be. Clean waiting room. Sales Rep. was very helpful since arriving until leaving.

Hoy 3 de August fui a tatar de que le hicieran el servicio de cambio de aceite, pero eran las 8:00am y nadie querian a atender. Solo estaba una mujer atendiendo y estaba molesta porque habian muchos carros esperando ser atendidos pero nadie salia a ver que necesitavamos solo ella y me pidio que entrara a hablar con alguien adentro y yo opte mejor por retirarme. Pesimo servicio pero eso si mandame y mandeme mensajes que mi carro ya necesita servicio y voy no quieren atender. Si no quieren trabajar o no les gusta su trabajo que estan haciendo ahi. Pesimo customer service

Horrible service department

Horrible service 8 weeks and my truck did not get fix still same problem. Jcust going to take it to casa ford. They will take care of it.
