Very nice place.

Very nice place. Carlos Carranza was our salesperson and helped us to a new vehicle. He answered all of our questions and guided us through the process.

One of the reasons I keep going to the Shamaley Ford Service Department is their excellent customer service. The staff is always so attentive and caring. They go out of their way yo help and assist their customers. Great job staff!!

They did service i did not ask for then they tried to bill me for it. Look at your final invoice and ask questions.dont be embarrassed to ask to break down the bill

I had an appointment scheduled and when I got there Jake

I had an appointment scheduled and when I got there Jake Chavez assisted me with my appointment. Jake kept me posted on my vehicle via text and also called me to make sure I knew my car was ready. I picked up my car and very happy. Jake was awesome with communication and making sure I got taken care of.

My truck was not doing well.

My truck was not doing well. The battery died at the Service Bay door. Not only did you fix the engine issues but even gave it the once over and fixed other unidentified issues. Proactively performing maintenance makes long time customers! Thank you Eduardo Ruelas and the rest of the team.
