Great place to buy !

Great place to buy ! And very professional and transparent staff! I was looking for a truck and they went out in finding my needs and the truck that i was looking for.

In my past I've had bad experiences with Ford so it's hesitant to take my truck there. These guys were so exceptional, especially, Aaron Wade, the service director, I was overly pleasantly surprised!

I'm trying to figure out how brake pads, rear rotors, and

I'm trying to figure out how brake pads, rear rotors, and an oil change just cost me 1100 dollars. Dropped my truck off Friday 21 feb 2025 at 7am. 4pm rolled around and I called to get an update and was told that it needed kept over the weekend because they weren't done and that i could pick it up monday morning. Monday morning (today) rolls around and i call to see if its ready and i get told to come by at 5pm to pick it up. Service rep told me he was going to discount all the Services for my huge inconvenience and I'm not seeing a discount at all. If anything I got charged extra. There was a lot of work done that I wasn't told about at all and didn't authorize. I told them exactly what i wanted done and that I wanted a quote on tires as well. And I'm failing to understand why all this work got done without my knowledge or consent. I paid my bill because I needed my truck back, but I need someone to reach out and figure out how to fix this or refund part of this ridiculous bill for brake pads ( was told on the phone $99.99) rear rotors ( was told on the phone $139 each) and an oil change ( was told 49.99 ) even with labor there is no way it could reach over 1100 dollars.

It was okay but took 3 1/2 hours.

It was okay but took 3 1/2 hours. For oil change, rotation of tires, replace filter, replace cabin filter, change coolant, and clean battery.
