For the first time in a long history with my vehicles at Shamaley for service. I left dissatisfied. I went in for my appt for tire service to check a tire that had continuously gotten low. It was repaired. I bought new tire from Shamaley in April 2024. The same brand that were on my 2020 Edge when I bought it in 2019. I was happy the tire could be repaired for a nail. Driving home I checked the air pressure on the repaired tire and discovered all four tires were at different air pressures including two over inflated. If I went in to have tire service I am disappointed that all tires weren?t checked to insure safety and even wear on all tires. No one else has serviced the tires since they were purchased in April.
