I had a 7:00 appointment for an oil change and was very not happy that it took 2 and a half hours to get my truck back. I usually get my truck back in about an hour or less and on way to continue my day.

Went in for an oil change and free battery check, one day later- my battery is completely dead and i?m stuck at Walmart at night!!! Im so disappointed and upset!!?

Today was my second visit to Shamaley Ford and it was
Today was my second visit to Shamaley Ford and it was better than the first time. I don’t live in El Paso and despite that needed my Fords serviced while visiting my family at Ft. Bliss. The first visit was just for routine maintenance on my Mustang, however today’s visit was for transmission trouble in my wife’s F-150. As it turned out (given the repair cost, the truck’s age/mileage) the better decision was to just purchase a new truck. It’s always great to get a new vehicle, however the sales negotiations, credit apps, paperwork is NOT great. That said, Shamaley Ford REALLY made the entire process very easy! We never felt hustled, rushed, scammed, etc. in any way. My wife and I are extremely happy with the treatment that we received at Shamaley Ford and would definitely do business with them again and recommend this dealership to friends and family. A special shoutout and thanks to: Alexis and Joe Mena (Service) Sall Hernandez (sales) “Charlie” Hossoun (General Manager)-This guy went far above “his duties” to make sure that we were happy and well taken care of. I dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday afternoon and told
I dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday afternoon and told them my concern. Thursday afternoon they called and confirmed my concern and were able to fix it and get my truck back to me on Friday. The best thing was that they did not try to upscale any extra services.
