I own a ford and Chevy truck. I take my Chevy to Samaley Ford as well. It's a great dealership that still actually takes care of its customers like a business should. Aaron from service is amazing!!!

Dealership advisor was very professional and helpful. Did not push to sell me stuff I did not want or needed. Dealership was very clean and ready to go early in the morning as if It was the middle of the day not lacking employees like some other dealerships do.

Awesome purchasing experience from start to finish. Victor quickly found exactly the vehicle I was looking for and allowed me to test drive and answered all my questions. The trade in value I received for my Bronco Sport was also way more than fair. Great experience at shamaley Ford!

Buying process is like everyone else, they want your
Buying process is like everyone else, they want your business and to sell you a car. The repair quality is always up in the air, you will get a good service stop one time, then the next you have to have them recheck their work. Or items aren't in stock but you have to keep reaching out to them so you can get the service you requested prior.

Waited 4 hours with an appointment.
Waited 4 hours with an appointment. I expect at least a 1-2 hour wait but 4 hours is insane. And to top it off i was monitoring my ford app and noticed they were joyriding my brand new truck. The check in miles did not match what I brought it in with( 5 miles off) and my mpg dropped by .2 and I lost 15 miles more than I brought it with. I had to ask the service associate if my truck was done when I knew It was done for at least 45 minutes before that.
