Good place to get work done on your ford.

Good place to get work done on your ford.. The service guys could be a little more helpful. I walked in and stood there for a couple of minutes and no one helped. I had to walk in and ask someone other than the service reps for help.

WORST SERVICE EVER 4.

WORST SERVICE EVER 4.5 hrs for an oil change??! Really?!! And then almost another hour to complete paperwork . The worst . Never going back

Made an appointment 2 weeks a go for a brake flush and 4-wheel alignment. Drove 3 hours to get here from Alpine,TX. They got me in and out in about 3.5 hours. No issues or concerns I spent more time driving to and from their service center then it was in the bay, Thank you much I appreciate it.

Eduardo Ruelas was polite and professional and not only was Shamaley identify our issue but found other issues we were unaware of. All the work was perform and our vehicle was delivered back to us earlier than the target date. We bring all our ford's to Shamaley and have always received outstanding customer service. Thank you!
