I come from a service background so I know the services took a bit longer than it should have for having had an appointment, about an hour rather than almost 2 am a half. also I should’ve received recommendations for additional services within the first 45 minutes, not at 730 the next morning. Other than that everything was good, nice amenities and waiting area.

The most helpful service department in El Paso.
The most helpful service department in El Paso. I normally would take my truck to casa Ford but I won't go back. Had an issue with my window and casa said they couldn't get me in for over a month. Aaron was able to fit me in 2 business days after I called and they had the truck fixed in 2 hours
