Want to thank Mr Jose Carrillo for a great job. I have been going to maintain my expedition there for yrs. My Expedition had a recall and every other service advisor would tell me ill call you or we dont do those on weekends. Well Mr Carrillo had my recalled part changed and in a timely manner along with oil change and tires rotated. Great service advisor.

La experiencia con la vendedora Irma fue buena, pero la
La experiencia con la vendedora Irma fue buena, pero la experiencia con Carlos fue total mente lo contrario. Carlos es una persona muy ruda y grosera para atender a un cliente que va a comprar un auto nuevo o usado. Sus palabras son fuertes, no me intimida para nada y por respeto no le contesté como se debería. Con George fue diferente, es muy atento pero su error fue agregarnos una garantía extra sin explicarnos el precio. De ahí todo normal. De lo contrario con el señor Carlos es una persona difícil de tratar y entiendo que es su trabajo pero hay formas de tratar a los clientes y más si son mujeres. La forma que le hablo a mi hija y a mi nuera no es la correcta, y les vuelvo a repetir. Por no faltarle al respeto me mantuve a distancia para evitar un conflicto con el señor Carlos.
