Worked hard to get the deal we needed

We needed to keep our payment to a certain amount but get the best vehicle we could that matched our needs. Chris worked diligently with his manager to make it work for us. It was a pleasant experience and Chris never pushed us to buy beyond what we said was our budget. We are very pleased with our purchase and the whole experience. Tony in fiancé was also great and sold us the extended warranty that we needed and not one that had bells and whistles we didn't need. Not only will we go back to Sill-TerHar, but we will urge our friends and families to go there and work with Chris. You can't go wrong with this young man!

Great Service

I have now 3 vehicles being serviced at this location and have a good feeling that my 4th card will eventually be serviced there as well. Sometimes depending on the day of the week the wait can be longer but the service is always great.

Flat repair

Overall good service, but would have appreciated more honest feedback on the cause of a flat from the gentleman who handled my car. I asked what caused the flat and he said a nail or screw and I felt he was just tossing that out just to close the case.

Great Customer Service

I recently had a dead battery in my truck and it was in my garage. Mitch and Allie in your service department went out of their way to get me up and running. Mitch brought me a new battery to my house and had me running in no time. Mitch and Allie are to be commended for their excellent customer service.

Chris Hays Rocks

The best auto buying experience we have ever had! We got a Ford ST at exactly the price we wanted with no haggling or back and forth. Chris is so honest and down to earth, which is what makes him so good at his job we will be coming back to buy from him from here on out.

Replacing my Ford.

My car was totaled in December and I had to rush to find a replacement... Found a few options on Cars.com and we headed out to go pick one. Still-TerHar was our 1st stop... and our last. Chris Hay was excellent, he knows his cars. He showed us all the options in our price range. I'm not a fan of car shopping because its such a big decision I get nervous, but Chris was great, easy to talk to and very funny, He had answers for all my questions. Next time one of my friends or family in that area needs a car I'm definitely recommending him and Still-TerHar. Thanks Chris! (love my new ride)

Convenient

I live in Lafayette and bought my car up in Longmont, which is too far for me to drive for service. I pass your place on the way to work, so wanted to give you a try. I just needed an oil change, but you did it quickly and in the timeframe you quoted. I will definitely be back. Thanks so much! PS - I thought a car wash would be included, but it wasn't. Next time I'll make sure I ask for that.
