Poor customer service and treatment

My experience. Was not good you would think if someone wanted to by a car let alone a Lamborghini. You wouldn't have to repeatedly. Call the dealership. I had to call five different times was told only one salesperson that could help me. But when I called back again. I was put through to someone and they answered phone didn't say a word except went back to personal phone call on cell phone. I the proceeded to ask gorgeous a manager. The sales manager nate Millar said he was that as well I asked if he was the one that decided on all things trades. Price and everything. He responded in a very rude tone. That he was it. After I got more agitated about having to take so much time to try to get information and asked for gm did nate change how he talked. A few minutes later I was called back by a sale manager or person. He blew past my concerns and didn't try to resolve the situation. Seemed more like wanted to get me off phone. He then began to tell me inventory. Which the had 2 new 1 used. That owner drove has 1100 miles if you were to price this car across country. They are overpriced by 35 k on car when you compare to other Lamborghini dealers. Everyone has the right to sell for what they want. But wow threat people with respect. They probably thought I don't have the money or credit for purchase.

Another great service experience @ Sill-Terhar

As always, was a great service experience. My 2012 MKT was in for a 50k mile service interval plus a software update. My advisor Dell and the guys at Sill-Terhar are awesome. It was out when promised, complete with a carwash and interior cleanup. I have a lot of confidence in this team. Thank you!

Great Service

Service was great. Rick Mathis gave me up dates through out the day on my car. My vehicle was completed in one day that made a great deal to me.

great service

I brought my truck in force service as soon as the check engine light came on. the staff at the service center promptly looked at my truck and an appointment was made for diagnosis. The vehicle was in the service center for 1.5 days and all problems have been fixed. The service manager was very up front with cost and time needed to repair, the technician was through with diagnosis and repairs. Overall I would grade the service center high.

Great service, go the extra mile for you.

Sharp, knowledgeable staff, they offer to do things not expected, and check everything under the hood. Friendly, I have never been dissapointed in the service. Greaat Job!
