The service was exceptional, professional and timely. Del Williams, the Lincoln Service Representative, was especially helpful in coordinating our service needs! All concerned were friendly and accommodating.

Excellent service when I really had a problem

I arrived at 4:30 pm with an engine block light illuminated on the dash board and an motor running unevenly. Del Williams immediately had someone check the engine and identify a faulty coil above one of the spark plugs and cylinder. Although there was no space or time to fix the repair that afternoon Del Williams asked that I return first thing in the morning and he would place my car in his schedule. I arrived at 7:15 am and work began on the car shortly thereafter. I was kept informed of progress,when the car would be ready and the estimated cost of repairs. When the work was completed the repairs were explained to me and what I should look out for on my return journey home. I left the garage and drove 150 miles home without any further problems. I thanked Del and his team and want to go on record that I received excellent service. I also found that the car had been cleaned.

Five Star Service

The staff was excellent as usual. They point out issues and paint a good picture of how much of a problem something may be or if it is something that could wait until the next visit. No pressure at all. The last time in the manager did a price comparison on tires and as a result I did purchase a new set. Love the way the waiting area has been updated. Thanks-

70,000 mi. checkup

They were able to take me right in for my 70,000 mile checkup. Got me taken care of and answered all my questions, and even a car wash

great service

the service and people were all very good.wish there were more people available when it comes to the wash outside and cleaning the inside of the car. that took the longest and there were parts not cleaned inside. but overall great job

Sill-Terhar experience

We found Chris Hay to be very helpful and knowledgeable when we were looking at a particular vehicle. All the employees in the building were upbeat and made us feel comfortable and important as customers. Chris was quite accommodating after we made our purchase and we left the dealership with a good feeling and knowing we would be more than happy to deal with them again.

Sales experience great; service experience just so-so

New car purchase went very well. Jeff Callies was cordial and knowledgeable. Businesslike and friendly without the b.s. and game playing that usually makes visiting a car dealership a nightmare. Past visits to the service department have been disappointing. One fairly recent trip to the service department was a complete bust. Three issues were to be addressed. None got fixed and the bill came to over $400. If not for the service department, I'd have given a 5 star rating.
