2008 Ford Escape repair
Chris was outstanding. Kept me updated with the progress. However, it took too long due to delays. I needed the engine replaced and one delay was caused due to the engine guy was out on PTO. Then there were additional delays due to wrong replacement parts being ordered or delayed in being sent to the dealership. Overall though, good experience and very satisfied with the work performed.

great service
Service was excellent! I had quite a long wait as there were many customers in front of me. My only complaint was that there were painters working inside the waiting area and the paint fumes were making me feel headachy and nauseous.

2006 Lincoln Zephyr
I did not purchase any vehicle. I had the engine replaced in my 2006 Lincoln Zephyr, because it was unrecoverable. The Service Manager was extremely helpful and kept me informed on the progress of evaluating my engine and later, replacing it, all in a very timely manner. I appreciate his attention when figuring out what was happening with my vehicle and completing the whole process. Everyone else I talked with at Sill-TerHar was also very helpful and I appreciate them all. I love the car washing policy for Lincolns! My experience through this process was very good!
