Great Service

The service was awesome. They quickly quoted and serviced my Fusion with new back brakes. They found nothing else that needed help. I had taken my car to another place for a 10 minute oil change and they told me I need to change my radiator fluid, but when I asked, the tech looked it up and said, No, not until 105,000. I really appreciate not having high pressure up sales. Great job!

Great Experience -- Brian Waldo, even better!

Everyone in the dealership's sales floor was very friendly, and Brian Waldo was fantastic (as always). My family has purchased something like 8 or 9 vehicles from him over the past 23 years. His knowledge, eagerness to help and just all-around great personality have been a constant since we first met when I was a teenager. From my '92 Topaz, to the beloved Mustang I just traded for a more family-friendly Escape Titanium, each vehicle I've purchased has marked a significant milestone in my life, and he's always been there with a smile & great advice. Needless to say, Brian has a customer for life in me. Though it's nearly an hour's drive to Bob Maxey, my family will eagerly pile in the car and make the trip each and every time.

Oil Change

I showed up at closing for an oil change due to a miscommunication. The service manager still put a team on the job and it was done in about 20 minutes.

Ms. Barb Matyas

Scott was really nice in that he said, "May I help you? My mechanic said I should get a Fusion when I got ready to sell my Taurus. I had gotten up from my recliner and TV, drove over and intended to buy a Fusion. Scott was the only one who thought I might buy a car. I love that guy. Your people have always been nice, answering any questions I had. (I did read the manual but not every word! Haaa)

I truly love and respect my saleman, Paul Wiesnewski (not sure of spelling). He's so easy to talk to and really takes the time needed to spend with a customer. He got me exactly the car I wanted.

Service fit for a King!

I seriously appreciate the fact that I am treated like a king by your service department, Dan & Al, they are always on top of the game, they pick up my trucks, deliver my trucks, washed my F-150 last week. Then drove it through the mud! LMAO! I think their ultimate goal is to provide an extremely high level of customer service, make the customer feel as if their main objective for the day is to do anything it takes to satisfy that customer, then they have achieved that objective with me. Dan and Al are valuable assets to Bob Maxey and their team.
