Service

You have a great service department I had to have my car towed and I call in the morning and Tony gave me a name of a towing company. I was given a loan, I was going to rent a car but with the loaner it save me money My car was fixed and was on the road the next day.

Collision Shop

My entire experience with Bob Maxey was wonderful. I was surprised by the quick response to my on-line service request. Matt was excellent when I first arrived to give him my car and it was wonderful to have a loaner during the time my car was in the shop. Matt kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle and I couldn't be happier with the results. I told Matt when I picked it up, that my neighbor worked for a company that prepares Ford automobiles for the Auto Shows. He inspected the work and said that the collision shop did a very good job blending the paint and aligning the pieces on the front end. Customer

My concern was a simple one, my low tire air pressure light came on. I brought my car in to get the pressures checked. They checked them, put air in the tires and explained to me it was the cool temperatures that brought the tire pressure down. They treated this concern with care. I wasn't made to feel that it was trivial or silly. Thank you Terri S. Balsiger

Great staff,very clean facility ,

F150 ...and the staff was excellent ..very pleasant to work with and I love the fact that no one pushed us into anything ..they told us to look around and when WE were ready come on in and talk to someone ..most places it's like you're a piece of candy and all the kids are fighting over you I have already recommended Bob Maxey Ford to many people and I never do that..I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I've every had ...and we have bought a lot of cars over the years

Unbelievably fast delivery

F350 Sales man was helpful and quick and kept me updated throughout. Couldn't believe how quickly my ordered vehicle was delivered. Was disappointed when I found out a minor dent was in the vehicle during prep, but they got someone out to repair it. Unfortunate, but not worth getting angry over. Was the only negative thing about the process, but I feel it was handled appropriately.
