Dan Retherford was extremely cordial...He helped me with a "mold" issue relating to my air conditioner prior to my oil change. You have a great staff at your facility!

GREAT SERVICE! LOVE MY FOCUS!

I have a 2013 Ford Focus. I LOVE the car! The only problem I have had is the transmission. I have had to take it in twice. Both times, the service was EXCELLENT!!!! The second time took two days, but the dealer gave my a loaner, so I was not inconvienced at all! I REALLY appreciated that! The problem was fixed and they even washed my car! I could not be happier!!!!! P. S. The staff was friendly and professional as well!!!

Great Service

This is the second Truck we bought from Dennis. He is always very easy to work with. We also referred my sister in law to him and she was happy with the service. We live in Redford and drive out there to buy our trucks.

I had gone to about four other Dealers researching Trucks. After doing a lot of on line research. Had questions that needed to be answered by a one on one. Your Dealer seamed to be the only one willing to put the time with me , doing that research. Everyone else seamed to have the attitude that they didn't have time , more of a sign here attitude.
