Escape service review

I have tan carpeting, so I would have appreciated the retired car jockey put a carpet protector in before he got in. The car wash was a nice touch and I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of service and the courtesy of Billy at the service desk. Thanks.

Service

The staff was very helpful but I had to wait 5 weeks to get my car back. The problem was waiting for the part needed. A new supplier is needed they sent the wrong part at first then a long wait for the right one . I was given a loaner which Search field above Featured Stations to easily create stations based on your favorite artist or song Buy albums with the tap of a button from Now Playing Subscribe to iTunes Match on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to enjoy iTunes Radio ad-free helped but it was not mine. Dan was very helpful which I really appreciated.

Outstanding sales staff!

This dealership was very professional and courteous. I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted and the process was efficient and timely. It was far superior service than my wife and I had experienced at a different local dealership. We appreciate Scott Clowers' dedication to excellent customer service. Great service, etc.

I have a 2010 Edge. Your service has always been great, and I love that now you wash our cars for us. Thank you! Softer seats in the waiting room would be very nice.

Great purchase experience

We purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 and was able to work with the Sales person via email on the same day that we purchased the truck to get all of the paperwork ready prior to us coming in to sign. We had no issues once we were in the dealership and took the truck home the same day we decided to buy the truck. Very easy purchase process and everyone was helpful through the process.
