Will screw you on the Trade In!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRADE IN HERE! I just purchased a Ford Edge from Phil Long Ford and had a wonderful experience in the buying process; however, I was literally xxxxx on my trade in. After talking with someone from the company via email regarding the Kelly Blue Book cash offer, I was expending to get over $9,000 for my trade in, but when I get there, the representative tells me that they don't do "colored" books, it doesn't matter what the red/blue/black/green books say, they are only going to give me $5,000 for the trade in. I feel lied to by Phil Long Ford regarding the trade in, as far as I'm concerned, the company still owes me $4,000!

Phil Long Ford is a pleasure to go to. I have never had an issue with their service, and IF I have to wait for an oil change, their waiting room is very nice and clean with free cold water, popcorn, vending machine, and restrooms. All their employees are kind and friendly. I would not go anywhere else.

The van we were quoted was not the van the dealership...

The van we were quoted was not the van the dealership ordered. We had carefully checked the quote to make sure it was what we wanted. We asked the salesman to check the quote against the order as the options are detailed differently in the two formats. The van arrived with the wrong doors. This dealership needs some kind of "measure twice cut once" method to ensure that they order the correct vehicle. We were not compensated for the mistake; kind of, told we will be happier with different option.

Called the management team and left a message on 1/19. No return call. Customers should be aware that they will not get what was quoted / wanted and it is simply not feasible to ask them to re order the correct vehicle. The options for the vehicle were patiently discussed with us, but then they somehow ordered the wrong option and we were forced to accept it.

My car was stolen and I was forced into a position of needing a car. Although I wasn’t financially “ready” the dealership worked with me to get into something perfect for me. I didn’t feel pressured into getting anything I didn’t want and was given what I feel was a very good deal. Would highly recommend this dealership. I worked with Agent “Q”. Very friendly and seemed to be very honest about the cars we test drove. I appreciated his positive energy and low pressure approach. If you’re In the market for a new/used car definitely check this dealership out.
