My service advisor, Michael Martinez (I hope I have his name correct), set the tone for an exceptional visit. He greeted me warmly, clearly explained my service options, and even spotted a nail in one of my tires that I hadn't noticed. Since I'm currently on a road trip from Maryland and will be driving all the way back home, that simple observation likely saved me from a major inconvenience, or worse, during my return trip. I sincerely appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to my safety. I was also impressed by the dealership itself. The facility was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The waiting area was inviting, and the complimentary refreshments were plentiful and thoughtfully stocked. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the digital vehicle inspection video. Being able to actually see my vehicle while the technician explained the inspection findings and maintenance recommendations was incredibly helpful. That level of transparency built a great deal of confidence and trust. It's such an outstanding idea that I'll be recommending it to my home service center in Maryland. My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

I think they were as good as they could be within what they could control. We had to wait a some time for the title of the vehicle we were buying to arrive. In addition to that, we financed ourselves. We did get lectured for awhile about that, so beware. But they did let us buy the car. Unfortunately with the waiting of the title, my loan ended up being more than what I was purchasing the car for, and now we need to get the difference back. Other than that, it was okay.

Our experience started before we ever stepped foot in the dealership. My husband initially called about an Expedition we had seen online, but unfortunately, it had already been sold. The vehicle was fully serviced, cosmetic repairs we had discussed were completed, and all of the paperwork was prepared and ready for us to sign. The entire process was smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. It was absolutely worth the drive. What impressed us even more was how honest and customer-focused the entire experience was. There was never any pressure, and no one tried to upsell us on warranties, protection plans, or services we didn’t want. Instead, they listened to what was important to us and respected our decisions. Since we live in Connecticut and purchased the vehicle in New York, Joe and the team also worked with us to make sure the registration process for our home state went as smoothly as possible. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. We absolutely love our new Expedition, and this was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Gas mileage is better than what was estimated. Currently getting 21.6 in town. Only has 2200 miles on it so far, so no long trips yet. Interior is luxurious and super comfortable. I am shorter, 5'3" and I am actually able to see out and have not noticed many blind spots yet. So far I have no complaints and I am super happy with the purchase
