STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY!!!! Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. 8 month old truck, fully under warranty, and Marcos was going to charge $240 just to look at a seat belt warning and it would take him 4 days to diagnose, even when I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. They are thieves and do not deserve anyone's business.

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. We made an appointment to purchase a truck and drove 2 hours to find out upon pulling up that the manager sold it out from under us 15 minutes before we got there. Their complete lack of integrity and follow through is the worst kind of accurate when you think of a car dealer. Such terrible business tactics.

Poor Customer Service, Dirty Business

My husband and I went in to look at a ford bronco raptor at 130 in the afternoon on a Saturday after calling to see if it was available. The salesman said yes it's available. We drove 45 minutes to potentially purchase. When we arrived the sales person was showing another customer and told us "You're lucky, this man almost purchased it. Then the sales person proceeded to tell us someone was coming to look at the bronco at 230 pm, but didn't tell us this until arrival. Continuous pressuring into purchasing the vehicle. We test drove the bronco and decided to make an offer. (This was before 2pm) As our sales person was having "Computer issues" one of the sales managers walked over to us around 230 and told us the bronco had just been purchased since another man had been dealing on it Wednesday that week. Mind you this was Saturday and no cash holds were on the vehicle. THEN after wasting 2 hours of our time the sales manager told us he would call us within 30 minutes to see if he could find us another Bronco and never received a call. Lets talk about 1. Poor customer service 2. DIRTY BUSINESS. Thankfully we went to Autonation Ford and gave them our business with the same mutual respect back. Being customers that enjoy new and used cars we visit dealerships frequently for purchase or trades. This dealer will never receive our business as you shouldn't give them yours.

New Ranger

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Dustin Gonzales to get a new Ranger Lariat with all the options we were looking for. There was only 1 that had everything we were looking for located in Canyon City. Within a few days it was sitting at Freeway Ford for us to look at. We bought it! This was the most stress free experience I had buying a new vehicle and want to thank Dustin for all his efforts.

Great sales

Everything went smoothly my sales agent was the best showed me everything I needed to know about my 2023 Ford Ranger. I would highly recommend them.

Low Baller time wasted

First day Bronco Reservation holder chose Freeway Ford for the dealership. First salesman Chris Mendez took my reservation and tried to keep it. When I went to order vehicle under number it was not found by Dakota Byers. Placed new reservation and ordered. Three years of waiting and each year zero help or contact. Fast forward to November 2022 was contacted by Curtis Intagliata and told that ford was probably not going to pick up my order. Asked Jordan Arnesen several times about calling a ford representative to get a time frame. Then ford contacted me telling me that my first day reservation had been found and I would have to build an order to secure my reservation. Curtis called and told me ford is not likely to pick up my build. Meanwhile preowned Broncos sitting on Freeway ford were exhoborantly marked up with $25k adm attached. Fast forward April 2023 my order comes in and Freeway ford still has adm marked up Broncos asking $70+k . My 22 Wildtrak bronco Purchased interim trade was severely undervalued and an offer of $56k for the same vehicle Freeway insisted was $72k market value on their stock. Typical car dealer rip off artists. Save your money and purchase elsewhere poor customer service and a waste of three years.

Helped me out of a jam!

The people there are very helpful, Had a check engine light come my truck and I was headed out on town the following day. They made room for me that day and got back on the road!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I took my Explorer to Freeway Ford 18OCT2022 for service. I have to go to court to get it back. This place is a nightmare! I wouldn't recommend you go there!

Don’t take your car there!

They replaced a window mechanism in my car including the motor. Told me I have a 2 year warranty. One year later it failed. They are trying to blame a bracket that caused the motor to fail. LIARS. PLEASE GO SOMEPLACE ELSE FOR YOUR CAR WORK. Don’t trust these people.

Excellence in Service & Sales

I purchased my first Ford truck here at Freeway Ford and Ron Clark my salesman was amazing. I started coming back for the excellent service department. They have never turned me down coming in with no appointment. Jeff Mora has always been kind, professional and always listen to my concerns regarding my truck. I did not purchase my new 2019 from Freeway Ford. But when I get ready to trade it in. I will be doing here at Freeway Ford because of the overall experiences I have had on both ends of Sales and Service. Kudos to Freeway Ford for their commitment to excellence always even during Covid when all others have failed. I will be looking for my new F-150 XLT at Freeway Ford.
