This is a dealership that's been around for many years, but its clearly resting on its laurels. My last 13 vehicles have been Fords. Only the last one was purchased from OMeara. The experience was AWFUL, start to finish. I would never return and will not buy another Ford, thanks to them. If I could make this a zero rating, I would

We leased an Edge from OMeara during Pandemic. Not the vehicle we wanted, but choice was limited. That certainly wasn't OMeara's fault. However, as time came to end the lease, we got numerous e-mails from the dealership about turning the vehicle in or trading it for another Ford. As I had said, our last 12 vehicle before this car were Fords, From an expedition to an F-150 to an Aerostar van), some leased some purchased and we'd had great luck and great service from Phil Long. We had just moved North before we leased the Edge. On the day that the car was due to be turned in, we had intended to try and trade it for a new Escape. My husband had received numerous e-mails about an appointment to be at the dealership at 9:45 for an appointment to turn the vehicle in for inspection and asking if we wanted to trade for another Ford. In fact in the day or two before the appointment, he received probably 4 or 5 e-mails. When he got there the morning of the appointment, the salesman was not there. The person to whom my husband spoke was not polite and said, rudely, Well, he doesn't even come in until noon. Imagine our surprise! We were supposed to turn in the car for inspection.The fleet guys looked at the car, told us it was okay and to leave it, which we did. We had questions about the windshield, which our insurance had said they'd replace if the patch they'd made wasn't okay. But there was no one to answer the questions. So we left the car, got no calls or communication. We went elsewhere, bought a car and cancelled our insurance. Then we got the letter that we owed over $1000 for damage and wear and tear. We could have had the windshield replaced at no expense, but our insurance was already cancelled because there was NO ONE at your dealership to answer whether the patch was sufficient. The rude treatment, the lack of respect, the failure of all parties to show up for appointment, the fact that the inspectors weren't there all cost us money. We find your dealership to be sorely lacking in many ways. I plan to tell everyone I know to go to any other Ford Dealership. A car is a major expense. It would be nice if you'd pay your customers some common courtesy.

I just bought a 2022 4 Runner and they only gave me one key and the car on empty. Come on guys - do better. Buyer beware I guess. When I texted Adrian he told me to pound sand.

Took truck in to find out what the noise was.
Took truck in to find out what the noise was. I am the only driver so I could not answer if I heard the noise from the back seat, was asked that multiple times. I was told the F150's were known to have that noise, it was normal. Now I was driving on the highway and heard and felt a loud noise and one of the lights/sensors disappeared and shifting is now acting weird. I do hate going to a dealer and getting the I am a stupid woman treatment.

I knew that I was do for a oil change.
I knew that I was do for a oil change., I did not have a appointment I was close to O'Meara so I went in to see if they had time to do the oil change, they were able to do the oil change. The did a great job And was on my I was on my home in no time.The employees are very helpful and professional 😀
