I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and within a month, it began breaking down. The transmission started slipping, and white smoke was coming from the exhaust. When I took it to their service department, they insisted that nothing was wrong and claimed that the issues I was experiencing were normal. As the problems worsened, I was stopped multiple times by concerned drivers who pointed out the white smoke. After further inspection, they finally admitted that the turbo was faulty and needed replacement. I took the car home, but continued to face transmission issues. After bringing it back to the service department for a 4th time, they kept it for two weeks and then informed me that the transmission also needed to be replaced—something I had raised less than a month after purchasing the vehicle. Now, they refuse to take the car back, stating it’s “too far out” from the purchase date. This clearly seems like a tactic to avoid responsibility for the significant issues that were so obviously present from the start. Ultimately, I had to sell the car back to them at a $12,000 loss, having barely driven it due to it being in their shop. On top of this, they never offered a loaner vehicle, forcing me to rent a car for my daily commute. The General Manager was unwilling to admit any type of fault and equally unwilling to help in any way. In fact, he didn’t even respond to my initial emails to him. I only got a response when he “accidentally” responded to me instead of another customer and stated he would be giving me a full refund. When I said thank you, he responded saying he had written that by accident and there was nothing he could do for me except trade me into another car and take a loss on depreciation of the current vehicle. Yes, the same vehicle that was sitting at their service department the entire time I owned. I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership.

Bought a 2023 used Ford F-150 with 25,000 miles on it

Bought a 2023 used Ford F-150 with 25,000 miles on it from Omeara Ford. Noticed upon first trip to tire shop that the dealership sold me 2014 manufactured tires on a 2023 truck and said they must have been stolen between when I bought the vehicle and when I informed them about this. Definitely not what happend. I'd be curious to hear the theory on how the truck had tires on it now if somebody stole them wouldn't they just take the wheels and everything? Windshield washer fluid inside truck froze at 20 degrees after buying the vehicle because they dilute what they put in their vehicles. Mileage on truck changed from 19 to 23 mpg instantly after I did the first oil change on the truck I bought myself. All I can figure is they also put cheap oil or worse yet used oil in their vehicles. Provided zero after purchase support. Had a simple question of what the security code was on the truck to enter it from the key pad. Figured I'd be given "the keys" to the truck so to speak because I paid for it. Ended up finding the manufacturer security code myself, no thanks to dealership. It's obvious that the poor service at Omeara is coming from the management directly and the employees are paying the price in loosing compensation when they get poor reviews.
