Everyone from the service department to the parts

Everyone from the service department to the parts department were so helpful and welcoming. I had a wonderful experience and would never take my Ford Explorer anywhere else.

Brought my wife’s explorer in for a sunroof that wouldn’t

Brought my wife’s explorer in for a sunroof that wouldn’t open. They kept the car for 3 days before they diagnosed the problem. They said it would be $2500 to fix, and also charged us for a $300 full vehicle inspection that we did not ask for. Had to pay the $300 for a service we did not ask for and they did not fix the sunroof after having the car for 3 days. I bought a part off amazon for $60 and fixed the sunroof myself in less than an hour for what they were trying to charge $2500 to fix.
