Grant treated me as a businessperson and not as a car

Grant treated me as a businessperson and not as a car buyer vs. a car salesman. He listened to every word I said and followed through. Adrian was great in delivering the car to my home and assisting me in programming the Home Link. Also helped me through the issue of the need for an adapter for my ev charging station.

I found the dealership to be easy to work with as we

I found the dealership to be easy to work with as we selected our preferred model . The process of getting the car took much longer than expected and, unfortunately, we missed out on several year end incentives. We wanted a color combination that is less common, therefore it took about four weeks for the car to arrive. The day of the car purchase was really arduous, and the finance manager did not seem interested in moving quickly. I would definitely give low marks for the day-of process.
