Felix is amazing!

Felix is amazing! I had been working with another dealership for nearly six months with no real progress on securing a car. I reached out to a few other dealerships and ended up connecting with Felix at Gregory Hyundai, and just one week later, I was driving off the lot in not only the exact car I wanted, but in the specific color combination I was hoping for as well. Felix and the entire team at Gregory Hyundai were fantastic to work with, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Worst service!

Worst service! If I could give zero stars I would. Brought my car in, was completely ignored. Finally checked in with someone and was told my car would be ready in 1 hour. 6 hours later my car was not ready and there had been zero communication. I finally just showed up and there was no acknowledgement that my entire day had been ruined due to a complete lack of communication.

Grant treated me as a businessperson and not as a car

Grant treated me as a businessperson and not as a car buyer vs. a car salesman. He listened to every word I said and followed through. Adrian was great in delivering the car to my home and assisting me in programming the Home Link. Also helped me through the issue of the need for an adapter for my ev charging station.
