Great experience
Like most people, I hate car trouble ~ I have somewhat of a phobia actually. However, this Chevy service center has been great every time. I recently needed a new battery. I was able to get an appointment right away. Customer service was great and I got a good deal on the battery and installation.

Horrible service
I was the first person waiting for the service department to open at 7am. Once the doors opened I pulled in got out of my car and watched 5 people be waited on before anyone came over to me and asked why I was there. Very insulting to say the least!!!

Free scheduled maintenance
Only issue was that within one mile from the dealership after my scheduled oil change... check engine light came on. Went right back and they took care of the issue immediately. Bad seal on oil fill cap.

2011 Volkswagen Jetta
Colton was a great salesman and helped me get into the car I needed. They were very efficient in the whole process and didn't have me there all day long. Also, I had my 6 and 9 year old children there. They were treated very well and had fun in the kids playroom. Great experience for buying a used car.
