Top-tier experience at Gravity auto. I would like to thank Dominique for his fast pace responses, and always making sure my needs was always taken care of. Cool dude. Furthermore, Igore and Mike was always on top of it when it came to finding me a trusted truck carrier, and all the questions I had. Genuine people. Definitely recommend Gravity autos in Atlanta for out of state buyers, and in state buyers who are looking for a great deal on a dream purchase.

While the staff are nice and the process was easy to purchase my vehicle, I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a Mercedes. And within couple months there are severe mechanical issues with this car. The cars on their lot are not properly certified and clients should have the car fully inspected before purchasing.

Under no circumstances would I do business with Gravity Autos again. The errors in my transaction cost me time, money, and patience -- and were met with poor communication, a lack of accountability, and repeated attempts to shift blame. Though very polite when all is well, any problems immediately revealed arrogance, lack of accountability, and an absence of integrity. If you choose to do business with these people, get everything in writing and do not take anybody at their word. The good: my salesman, Ricky, was excellent -- professional, responsive, and helpful. Because I was buying remotely, he helped arrange a third-party inspection on my behalf. Great attitude, great guy. That's where the pleasant part ended. I specifically requested that my car be delivered on a certain date and by open trailer. I was told it would ship "as soon as it came out of detailing," which was supposedly happening as we spoke. The car arrived a day late and by closed trailer, and I had to pay roughly $500-$600 out of pocket to release it. I wasn't going to stiff the delivery crew who had just driven overnight from Atlanta to Chicago. When I raised the issue, their finance manager, Igor Abramov, denied even the possibility of any error on his part and -- rather absurdly -- told me that he must be right because he has a "photographic memory." Eventually, he offered a partial reimbursement, which I accepted, but it never arrived. At that point, I refused to deal with anyone by phone since I could not count on their word. Subsequently, any written communication I sent was ignored completely. Things did not improve once I inspected the car. Despite being told it was detailed, it arrived filthy -- covered in sap, pollen, and dirt. The interior was just as bad: an empty water bottle, used vape cartridges, sticky residue, and dirty floor mats. The car also had aftermarket window tints that were never disclosed. The car required a full interior and exterior detail at my expense. Whether through poor quality control or intentional misrepresentation, this vehicle was never detailed. When I brought this up with the finance manager, he offered a weak apology and claimed he had fired the detailer. I have no reason to believe that happened, nor would I want it to -- the dealership allowed the car to ship in that condition, and they alone were responsible. The dealership also collected sales tax and registration fees at the time of sale but failed to remit them promptly, resulting in penalties and late fees from the State of Illinois that I had to pay out of pocket. My lender later notified me that they had not received the title. It eventually arrived, but only after a significant delay. Again, I notified them in writing and never heard back. Keep in mind, this is all well documented. In all, their negligence cost me somewhere around $2,000, maybe more -- not counting the wasted day off, detailing costs, or tint removal. Gravity Autos had multiple opportunities to take ownership of their mistakes and correct them. Instead, they denied, deferred, and disengaged. WARNING: If they are able to leave a response on this site, no doubt they will respond to this review as they have elsewhere. Don't be fooled by the friendly or "helpful" tone in Gravity Autos' responses to reviews -- it's just damage control. After briefly reaching out when I complained, they went silent again. I have no reason to believe they intend to take responsibility or correct anything. Grievances are met with polite words at first and then quietly ignored, hoping you'll just give up. From what I can tell, if you have no problems, you'll get a nice car at a competitive price. But if anything goes wrong, expect to be ignored or blamed for their failure to conduct business responsibly.

The car was great, trying to decide if I want a suv or sedan, I love there car and the dealer was super, and HONEST. Dropped my wallet in the car, was 2 hours away when I realized it, called my salesman Emanuel Caballero, asked him to go look. He UPS overnighted my wallet to me. His knowledge of the car was good and he was very professional, his car is still in the running of 3 I am looking at. A big thank you to this salesman and his dealership.

I have purchased many vehicles online. The deals that didn't get finalized I always received my refund on a deposit. The G.M. Sam straight out told me he will keep my 1k deposit. Approach with caution.!!

My husband and I had a very good experience with Gravity Auto of Atlanta. Egor and Mike were very professional and helpful. They made the transaction very easy. I bought the Maserati.on line, something that I have never done before but was not disappointed in anyway. After having the car for 2 weeks now I’m still satisfied and have even referred a friend to Gravity.
