Had an appointment Tuesday at 10am found the car I wanted fiance paper work done and out was out to work at 11 30 am no time wasted good deal upfront about financing option and add-ons . Arranged to pick up the car Friday at 9am car and paper work was ready when I came in due to the insurance snafu on my part it took a little longer to get everything done. Overall really good sale. Service department is top notch as Had to use it on my previous VW no issues.

The engine light cane on while test driving . There was no manager available . I also test drive another van but it wasn’t available for sale because it still needed to be serviced and again there was no manager to speak with . I am still getting calls from a “manager “telling me to come in to look at the Toyota again but a few days after I test drove it I got an email from the salesman saying that it was sold .

The employees are so kind, make you feel like family. Go above and beyond to help and make sure all your needs are met. I would recommend anyone looking for a Volkswagen or even pre-owned to visit Trend Motors Volkswagen.

they tell you one price and then when you are ready to buy, hidden charges come out. In my case on a car priced in the upper teens, the additional HIDDEN charges amounted to over $1,000. I walked out. Bought an identical car from another dealer and saved $1500

Went to buy a Certified Jetta. John was very patient and helpful, and even the sales manager Bruno (I think that was his name) was great. The price was fair but with the warranty and condition of the car it was very good deal. I bought 2 months ago and have no issues and peace of mind. Thank you Trend!
